Points are awarded based on the actual performance of selected players in real matches. Batsmen earn points for runs scored, boundaries hit, and milestones reached. Bowlers gain points for wickets taken, maiden overs bowled, and economy rates. Fielders receive points for catches, run-outs, and stumpings.
